About the event

Vytynanka (from the word vytynaty — to cut out) is an Ukrainian craft of decorative paper cutting. Traditionally used to decorate windows, walls, and stoves, these artworks are known for their strict symmetry and deep symbolism. Every cutout—a tree of life, a bird, or a flower—carries a message of harmony, protection, and the interconnectedness of all things.
